I have been a patient here several times for various reasons in the last two years and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff are kind and the doctors really take their time to understand your symptoms to figure out the best plan of action. The waiting room is clean and even has drinks in a mini fridge while you wait. Highly recommend!

Took my husband there with a COUGH that has been going on for 2 weeks because his PCP had no available appointments this week. He has a dry cough that followed a viral infection. A PA looked into his throat and says he “sees a bunch of gunk back there”. I looked with my otoscope at home. There is nothing in the back of his throat, at all. The exam took all of maybe 2 minutes and he diagnosed him with a sinus infection and a script for benzonatate which is, quite possibly, the worst cough suppressant there is. I’m so disappointed. My husband has absolutely no symptoms of a sinus infection and all the symptoms of bronchitis that almost always follows a cold. Thank God another urgent care opened near by if this doesn’t improve (which it won’t with the meds he gave him). Won’t be back. What a joke.

This hospital is a complete joke. I came in with intense back and pelvic pain, so much so that I could barely walk and breathing was strained. I was already a registered patient and all my bills were paid in full and on time. I don’t drive and thus ride a bicycle. Being in the pain I was in I strained myself further to ride the short distance from A1A Burger King to Atlantis urgent care only to be refused a medical examination for according to there records that I have a payment past due. The front staff checked their records and saw that there was no past due payment but that they had to abide by an apparent note on the account. I have military background but due to my age as no longer covered by tricare, thus I’ve paid all my bills out of pocket. I was unable to take the bicycle any further due to my pain after being told to go to the urgent care on Eau Gallie, I had no choice but to ask another patient in the lobby if they would give me a lift to the nearest urgent care but that I had to leave my only means of transportation behind. Blessing to the gentleman who left before he could be seen to take care to drive me a doctor who cares to help there patients. Definitely a recommendation to find a different doctor then the ones employed at Atlantis urgent care, because when it’s urgent they don’t care.

I went there with extreme pain in my left ear. They charged me a medicare copay of $169 and got me in the room, Dr. looked at my ear and tells me I’m sorry we are about 5 minutes of closing and all machines are turned down, and you need to gi to the emergency room to be seen there. So I said what about the money I just paid. And they refused to give it back. I asked for the office manager and they gave me a card. Instead of left ear they wrote right and other things. I would die before I go there again.
