I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. That is the best urgent care experience I have ever had away from home. Keep up the excellent work and I whisk you all and yours a very Merry, Blessed Holliday season. I tell everyone about you all. This is the best Urgent Care I've ever been to. I had an accident @ work, Buena Vista was 1 of the 2 centers I could use. I was skeptical for the ones I, or my husband, have been to have been pretty scary :/ Anyways, Grace, @ the front desk was so very nice & accomodating. She encountered some problems getting the correct information needed from the Work Comp.Co. & me not having to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond so I could be seen. Once in, saw Dr. Cohen within 5 minutes., unlike many other Drs. He was fabulous! The whole encounter was very painless, quick & very nice. Actually, looking forward to going back! :-)

This is the best Urgent Care I've been to so far. The lobby is very small and was very busy this Saturday, but with about 12 patients before me I only waited 1 hour which I thought was very reasonable on a Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly and efficient and fast with processing, and nurse was very friendly. Doctor Cohen was very friendly and concerned and professional. I would definitely go here again and recommend it.

XMy husband and I both became ill with bronchitis ear infection sinus infection while away from home for several months. We have been seen by other urgent care facilities but the Dr Becker we saw was quite willing to take the time to evaluate us and order appropriately he did not rush or make you feel he had a lot of other things to do. Which he did as the waiting room was full. Thank you DR BECKER. The staff was very good about letting you know the bill and explaining

I had to visit this establishment as I caught the flu and pneumonia while on vacation. I was waiting for some time in the waiting room and then finally got in the room. The doctor came in for about a total of 2 minutes wrote me 2 prescriptions and then left. I paid $175 when I was there. Get home from vacation and get a bill in the mail for another $175. So they are wanting $350 for 2 minutes of the doctors time to write 2 prescriptions. What a rip off. Urgent care around here is usually around 125 total for a visit like that. They also did not do the right paperwork for my insurance, so the totals are not insurance adjusted and will not be, because of their refusal to reply to my insurance company's request for more info. I would stay away from this office at all cost as they are in business for money and nothing more.
