Terrible experience-We made an appointment for my son, arrived early and completed all of the paperwork 15 minutes before the appointment time. It took them 35 minutes after the appointment time to bring my son back for his height, weight, temperature. Then they put us in a claustrophobic room to wait another 20 minutes. When we opened the door to get some air, they scolded us. At that point, we reminded them that we had an appointment and that they were not able to provide the service of evaluating my son's illness that we wanted our money back and would leave. Of course, they claimed that they had no authority to do so and had to call their manager, who was unavailable. We left in disgust and will continue to pursue a refund. I am not sure why they accept appointments if they have no ability to honor them. Very disappointed and not recommended. Picture - Here is the clinical staff who claimed they had no ability to provide a refund even though they could not provide the service that they previously charged me.
