I made an appointment arrived 10-15 minutes early an was told I had to wait almost an hour before I could be seen because it was ppl there for vaccines an whatever so I left . What’s the purpose of making appointments if you have to wait 1 hr or more just to be seen

I didn't really get much help because the place is not equipped to do much of anything. Also, the air vent had a very thick layer of dirt on it. It was literally blocking cool air . It was noticeable.

The Nurse Practitioner was able to help me with labs even though there was an issue with the lab company taking the tubes already. She was nice enough to order the labs so I can go to the lab, the staff offered me the ability to come back the next day for an appointment which I appreciated.
