I had an amazing experience that I just feel moved to share. Sunday night my daughter dropped a glass bottle on her leg, which resulted in a huge gash. I knew she'd need stitches. It was 7:45 as we jumped in the car googling Urgent Cares. Only one was open: Covenant Clinic. We arrived right as they were closing, the place was empty. I asked the staff to please consider taking us in. I didn't want to take her to the ER (she's immune suppressed and I did't want to risk COVID exposure). Without hesitation, everyone put their purses down and the doctor came out and so kindly greeted my daughter. She required 6 stitches and screamed bloody murder (thankful there were no other people in the lobby to bare witness). Doctor Robbert's bedside manner was incredible. As we left I thanked him. He said it was his pleasure to serve..and I believed him! We've had a lot of experience with doctors in this house and it was sincerely one of the best interactions we've ever had. He is a privately owned clinic. If people are wanting to support local, think of this place.

The wait time was excessive. About 90 minutes, but the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to figure out my problem and sent a prescription to the pharmacy quickly. This clinic is affiliated with the VA and the bill was sent to them directly. That makes it much more convenient for me. It's my second visit to them, and I will be going back if I need to.

Went in for my ankle. First one there so no real wait. Have no complaints with one exception - the wickedly awful soft brace I was sent home with. That lace up stuff with a swollen, hurt to touch, and, everything else, ankle, does not work and causes even more pain. You can have it back! Other than that, no complaints.

Went in with sore throat, tight chest, fatigue. After over an hour wait finally went back to see doctor I was never given option to take Covid test!

No accountability please do not do not use this facility for you or your family. Do not waste your time and money they’re going to tell you afterwards to go see your primary care doctor. No sense in me commenting further.

This is the worst place to get any kind of treatment for yourself or your family trust me do not take a chance there.Not sure why they call it urgent care? Had to call back twice to get an answer Or answer to service. After results or diagnosis is incorrect you were told to called your primary care provider again not sure why they’re in business or call it urgent care. Please please trust me do not take your self or your family there.

Care was immediate. However my billing was incorrectly explained. I received two separate bills and was told it was one cost either way. I called to follow up and was told I was to wrong. The bills are correct. I'm fine with paying the bill and asked that it be relatedness correct billing information should be provided. I was told next time my 28 year old can call. I said excuse me I made a request and you are being rude and made smart comment. He said you did and hung up. I called back and asked for manager. He asked my name. He said supervisor not in till. I asked his name and he said "dont" worry about it. And hung up. I can't believe the rudeness and professionalism. I have. Right to ask about billing when I am tge paying customer. I have a right to speak with management when staff is rude and unprofessional. I blame management for not training their staff with customer service and unprofessional manners, if this is the case...if not, I deserve an apology and explanation. I will follow up
