After suffering over the holidays with a sinus and eye infection, I finally gave in and went to see the doctor. The standard of care provided by the staff here was excellent. Courteous and professional. I would use them again. Plus they accepted Medicare. My only wish is that I had gone sooner and avoided a 10 day sinus headache.

I had Michelle Reynolds and Joanna was my MN. I had been pulled across a blacktop by a dog and had abrasions on both knees and left shoulder contusion of left elbow, bruised ribs. They took great care of me and this review is late in being sent. And I had jest received notice my biopsy was DCIS just before I came to the urgent care, I had great care and compassion from your staff.

The Dr are great!!! The staff has got problems major problems. They are completely rude and callous with absolutely no regard for actual people who may not be in there standard's. Hopefully not but definitely vibes of certain cards being played against certain types of people. Just a completely unsafe place to go at certain times especially if it is urgent and you need care.

The worst urgent care I've ever been to. The doctor, Jeremy Johnson, told me I could die from my condition plus he showed no compassion. I was so upset by the end of this visit. He sent me for further treatment to the UC emergency room for nothing. They told me all tests were normal. I will never return to this place, ever. Substandard care.

The worst urgent care visit I've ever had. The doctor, Jeremy Johnson, was cold, condescending, and misdiagnosed me. He made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions about what was wrong and told me I could die. I was so upset by the end of this visit. He sent me to the emergency room at UC for further treatment for nothing, as they told me all results were normal. I will never ever return to this place.

We are from out of town. My grandson who is 12 was playing in a baseball tournament when he received an injury with possible fracture to his leg. We were directed to this particular facility because they had the capacity to take x-rays. However there was no x-ray technician available , Therefore no x-rays were taken. The physician was one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. She was very unkept, with bizarre behavior. She did examine my grandson’s leg and said he would need an x-ray but he would have to go to another facility. His leg was wrapped he was given ibuprofen and a bag of ice all things we could’ve done at home. Instead two separate medical facility visits with two separate charges .
