It is a nice facility. Reception staff was friendly. Medical providers could not have missed the mark more. Luckily we followed our parental intuition and took our daughter North to Eugene where she was scheduled for Emergency surgery. It is disappointing that we have to second guess the medical advice we receive. Two physicians, two separate, back to back visits (within 24 hours) missed the mark completely.

I don't think patients matter as much as happy staff and doctors, otherwise patients would be given attention when in need rather than brushed off continually. Facility is clean, quality of care? Not so much. Staff friendliness? Front desk very friendly and seems to care, beyond that point it goes downhill fast. Sad really... very sad. If you can't or don't want to help the patient, just say so but you shouldn't allow them to suffer for days on end until you figure out what you are doing!

I went to Evergreen Urgent Care with covid to get Paxlovid the recommended treatment for high risk people with covid. The quack doctor would only give me ivermectin with is specifically not recommended for covid by the FDA and CDC when I specifically asked for the FDA and CDC recommended treatment he refused to give it to me. The doctor actually lied to me and told me that ivermectin kills 85% of the virus in your body (no double blind peer reviewed study supports this statement) The urgent care refused to let me see another doctor so I had to go to the emergency room to get the proper treatment. The emergency room says they see to many people who come from evergreen after being refused the proper treatment.

My experience is something no patient should EVER go through! The staff is nice(they rarely wear the masks patients are required to), wait time is not too bad, usually. I loved my doctor. These things are okay. What is not okay is the fact that Evergreen handcuffs the doctors with blanket policies that turn every patient into nothing more than a number. This is a shame as the good doctors there who actually care about their patients will be lumped into the same category as those that only view you as another credit card. In my opinion, Evergreen is addressing a national health problem by treating the symptom, not the cause. Shame on you, Evergreen.

Support staff is amazing. Beautiful facility. Providers are incredibly hit or miss. New mental health np Fuqua is heinous.

I have been complaining of back and leg pain for months. Dr. Nathan did nothing. No ex rays, no physical therapy. After begging he did prescribe some pain meds. They dinnae even touch the pain, and it has gotten to the point where me right leg is numb, and the pain is excruciating. I can stand for about 20 mins and sitting or lying down doesnae always relieve the pain. I went to urgent care and the medical professional I saw asked me what I expected him to do. I suggested he might exam me to find a solution. He did a reflex test. Me right leg didnae respond. Me left leg did. I was sent home with a note saying I could return to work the next day. Which I didnae and really couldnae. I was then told to make an appointment with Dr Nathan. They could nae get me in for 2 weeks. I asked for a Dr note excusing me from work until they could see me and was told to get a note from me employer. (?!) Needless to say I am looking for a new Dr and will never go to Evergreen again.
