From start to finish the care I received at Garrisonville Urgent Care was phenomenal. The nurses and receptionist were very friendly and got me in and out. Dr. Khan was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my symptoms thoughtfully and with care. His bedside manner is one of the most compassionate I've ever seen. After being sick for over a week (having already been to one doctor), he was able to successfully diagnose me and within a few hours I'm already feeling better! I have been with my primary care physician for many years and plan to switch to him because of the excellent care today! Thank you!

I really like Dr Joseph. He is very thorough and caring. I have received excellent care from him in the 3 years I’ve been seeing him.

Long time patient at this practice with Dr. Joseph. Dr. Khan has now taken over the practice. With my two appts so far, he has given quality care and been very, very welcoming. He seems to understand the change is hard for long standing patients. I only hope that the current staff (Including Dr. Joseph and Jing Britton, and office staff) will still be present. If they all leave, that will make me question the reason behind it. I will give the turnover a fair chance. I just hope they begin to answer the phones in a timely manner and get the patients back to the rooms as quickly as Dr. Joseph did.

I have been going there for 2 years but the staff has turned over and Dr. Joseph is decreasing his hours. There is a lack of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to healthcare in the office now. The front desk person Lauren was very rude and was speaking about my information from across the room. Patients were in the back and could here parts of the discussion which I was embarrassed by. I was then dismissed by the practice over the phone the very next day. The office needs Karen back in front of the office.

I visited the garrisonville urgent care this weekend. It appears there has been some changes in that office. I saw a Dr khan with here was to treat me because I was ill. Which I had no idea what he was saying because his english was not good. Apparently there is new staff which I am not happy about. The previous front desk girl was always welcoming and comforting i believe her name was Karen. She was always on top of things and would answer any questions I may have whether it is in person or on the phone. I don’t know what office she went to but she is so very awesome and any office would love to have her. I would like to add that my visit this weekend was a waste of my time, I actually feel worst then when I came in there on Saturday. I had to take another day off to get seen again lucky I saw the NP Jing. She gave me the right prescription now I feel better. Don’t waste your time seeing that Dr Khan he is a awful doctor

The staff there especially Courtney are disrespectful and mean. They arent working there because they care. Be careful going to this place. It used to be different.
