I went there to have my knee looked at. The Dr was very up front saying she couldn't help me. No charge but sent me to a different location for my problem. OrthoMichiganNow Got me in & treated me & i have immediate relief. I can't say enough about my treatment. My Primary said 5 days for an appointment. I'm getting a new Primary!

I did not get to finish my review, accidentally hit something that sent it, couldn't figure out how to get it back. I would recommend this facility to my family. Matter of fact, I think I will come here for anything that isn't major, instead of my family doctor!!

Their hours day they are open until 10:00 pm. I was there at 9:30 with my daughter who has asthma and I wanted her breathing checked. The doors were locked so I called. The women I spoke to was rude and unsympathetic when I asked if they would see my daughter since their hours are listed as open until 10:00 pm. She said they had families and needed to leave at 10:00 so would not see my daughter. If your hours are listed as open until 10pm, you can’t lock your doors at 9:30 pm and refuse care. Shame on you for turning away a child with a medical need.

On Tuesday, July 3rd, 2019, I pull into the parking lot at 9:13 PM. I had split my chin open during a nasty fall. the nurse/receptionist was at the door, looking into the parking lot. She then locked the doors! The sign on the door said the facility was open until 10:00 PM. I knocked and knocked and knocked on the door. I stepped to the left slightly and made eye contact with the nurse/receptionist at the window inside. Instead of coming out to see me...…..SHE PULLED THE BLINDS DOWN! This was 45 minutes before the clinic was advertised to close. I wound up going to Hope Urgent Care on Lapeer Road in Davison, which was open until the scheduled 10:00 PM closing. I needed and received sixteen (16) stitches in my badly torn-up chin and further treatment on a badly scraped up knee. Needless to say, I am very thankful to Dr. Khan and the entire staff at Hope for seeing and treating me. And I will not go quietly on how the After-Hours Clinic on Belsay Road closed early and simply pulled it's shade down when I was in need of medical care. My family doctor will hear about this and so will the "higher-ups" at Genesys/Ascension. My rating of Hope Urgent Care couldn't be higher and my rating of the Genesys After Hours on Belsay couldn't be lower. I hope somebody in management reads this, This behavior, in my opinion, is inexcusable.

I walked in at 1:10 and at 2:30 I walked out I couldn't wait any longer, two people prior to me walked out to. When I asked the receptionist for my paperwork back so they didn't accidently charge me,she say you aren't getting it, she was very rude,I don't understand why she was mad at me, I was the one waiting in pain for all that time not her. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless there is maybe 1 or 2 people before you. Very disappointed in the receptionist.

Went to this clinic because I had a 103 degree fever and body pain. Doctor took one look and said influenza even though I expressed I had a flu shot this year. Within minutes of seeing me I was prescribed thermaflu which she said was an antibiotic. Not even twenty four hours later I ended up at the hospital because I have pneumonia. The hospital asked me what tests were ran to make the diagnosis and I told them none. You need to run tests rather than just ASSUME and bill my insurance. I am not a fan of the lady that you have working as the physician assistant. She always seems annoyed with her job. Apparently there is a swab that could have been done to determine if it was actually the flu but they neglected to do. I have a one year old child and any downtime is a big deal, much like your assumptions and misdiagnosing of patients becauee you can’t be bothered to run actual tests!
