The People were friendly, Professional and made me feel confortable.They made me feel better when I needed them.I was seeing a doc after 10 min from walking in their door paper work n all.I was on my way out the door within 30 min.Thats the way a Clinic should be. THANK YOU Hometown Urgent care.

Went there this morning with my son and husband. All three of us were sick. Got there 10 minutes before they opened and were 4th in line. It was a full waiting room quickly. They saw us as soon as they could. Can’t really blame them for wait time when we are in the thick of some nasty bugs going around. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made my 4 yo feel comfortable and took their time with him (and us too) to properly diagnose. 🙂

Not good. Appt. was for 120. Arrived at 105 and texted here. They replied your checked in. Never heard anything more. Sat in my car until 255. Tried to calk, but after on hold for 11 minutes I hung up. Should have went in, but didn't. Still not acceptable.

All 5 stars towards the Dr unfortunately due to the incompetence of this office billing department I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

2 weeks past due on my covid results. Wasted my time and my employer's time. Gave them my info via a app, called and left them my info everyday, now they want me to e-mail my info to them...why? I have no faith in them, they looked up my google handle when I complained and said they can't find a patient by that name...no kidding?!

Went to get a drive thru covid test. Called there covid results number 3 times and was told they would return my call within 24 hours...nothing.

Welcoming staff has just a terrible attitude. If they don't want to be there, then work somewhere else but don't respond to your patients that way. Patients are sick and need to have some sort of kindness when they walk in. If you leave a voice mail, they do not call you back. Don't quite understand one.
