As long as you visit them during their business hours, you should be able to walk right into 1200 Vester Ave and be seen relatively quickly. We went in for Covid tests. Had to call ahead and make appt. They got us in soon after our appt time. The staff were all friendlt, and Mosley, the young man who took our nose swabs, was very gentle and professional. We did have issue with their lab calling with results, but called back to the main number and spoke with Brittany, who was busy but took the extra time to look on the lab computer and give us our results. Very pleased with the services overall.

Your services are absolutely terrible since buying out Hometown urgent care. DO NOT GO THERE! I waited 2 hours to be seen even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room when I got there. You have to check yourself in. I wasn't sure how to do it so I asked the desk staff who are VERY rude. I felt like the Dr. Belittled me. I had Tonsillitis, Bronchitis, and a Sinus infection. I just wanted some medical care. One good thing is they had some of the medicine that I needed. Could someone please post another good place to go to get care as I am NOT going back.

I would like someone to please contact me about several complaints and patient treatment by your staff at the South Springfield Ohio location on West First Street I have never in my life been treated by healthcare workers like they were more important than the patient in a medical facility like going to Wellness Now Urgent CARE! I was told I didn’t need my insurance card. I was turned away from care although I had signed in at 6:40 pm but closing was at 7 pm. I came back in the next morning at 9 am and waited for an hour an half all just for a drug screen. Which I may not get this job because of the time sensitive manner a drug screen is. I may file a law suit to Wellness Now business for the loss of employment due to the lack of professionalism by your staff and turning me away before closing. I have documentation of my signature being signed in at 6:42. The receptionist was so extremely rude and very unprofessional. She said, “We want to go home and we are tired and don’t want anymore patients”. They assured me my drug screen was logged in so it wouldn’t affect my time sensitive limit to just come back the next day. They are so overwhelmed they are taking their frustrations out on patients. Your staff are not even qualified by the way they were treating people! Disgusting! Why can’t I get a hold of anyone in charge of this dump?

Went in with stuffy green runny nose coughing up green 10 days ears were stuffy was told I had flu but no antibiotic was needed cause ears were clear. That was 11 30 am. By 5 pm I could not hear out of either ear. Went to Dr he said double ear infection and upper respiratory infection. Antibiotic was much needed for something ongoing for 10 days. I have had ear surgeries all my life even tubes as an adult. Now I'm much worse I may need surgery. Thanks hometown. Had you looked at my history for past 2 years it's always same. Maybe then I would not be suffering.

My 2.5 year old was running a fever and complaining of an earache. They would not even see her, claiming we needed to take her to Children’s. I tired to ask some questions and got treated like an annoyance. I almost never leave reviews but felt like people should know.
