Hometown was super clean and inviting. The staff was very kind and cool and made me feel at home. The nurse and Doctor who saw me were so kind. I hurt my arm and they did a super low cost in-house x-ray and took care of the sprain in office. Then called to follow up a few days later to see how I was feeling. I was really impressed with how caring they were. I don't have a PCP and will definitely be going back. I saved so much money compared to the ER.

Awful. I went in on a Saturday because i thought i had the flu. Nurse practitioner asked if i got my flu shot. I told her yes. She said “oh good”. Never tested me for the flu even though i had all the symptoms. Sent me home and said if i didnt feel better to call on Monday and they would give me antibiotics. I got so sick later that night i went to the er. I tested positive for influenza A. ER staff was very upset that i was not tested at urgent care bc i couldve started tamiflu a day earlier. Waste of time and co-pay. Will never go back

Absolutely horrible! The NP, who kept calling herself a doctor, was condescending and rude! She asked me why I was there, I started to explain and she closed her eyes, put her hands up like stop and condescendingly smirked at me like I was some kind of fool! I told her it was a sinus infection... she asked me 10,000 questions about how other doctors have treated me in the past for it and never once looked in nose! To top it off... she never called in my prescription to the pharmacy!! They closed shortly after I left there so I couldn’t even call! Total waste of time and she delayed the treatment even though I told her I was miserable! I think it was on purpose because she was mad that I asked for a doctor after she was rude to me! What kind of a scam operation are you people running here? I am calling Monday and demanding my money back and I am reporting your NP! Disgusting!
