This place is not even an InstaCare anymore. That's ok, because when it was it was AWFUL! They assumed everyone was there for drugs and treated you like a junkie! I took my young teen in for what turned out to be bronchitis and as soon as I asked about something to help w/ cough so she could sleep they IMMEDIATELY began lecturing me about drug-seeking behavior and informed me that they wouldn't prescribe narcotics! NOT what I asked for, or wanted, obviously, for my 11 yr old! We need Urgent Care facilities in Tooele, but I understand why they shut down! I was only asking for cough syrup or cough pearls!

I would give 0 stars if it let me. Ignorant, lazy and rude. Too stupid to know their own job. I wouldn't ever go there for any reason.

The staff there are lazy and ignorant. Rude and unprofessional. They actually threatened me because they are too stupid to know what insurances they are contracted with. Horrible people!
