The wait time was very reasonable. All of the nurses/technicians could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Just the check-in person was slightly curt - no smile or "please" when asking questions/for information.

Very slow. I mean VERYYYY SLOWWWW. I waited over an hour just to be registered. Then waited another hour in the room to be seen by the doctor. I now know to avoid this urgent care at all cost.

no more x-ray machine, came in with a broken hand a few months ago and couldn’t sign in and when I asked for help, I was told to do my best. Came back here this week and wait times have never been so bad. Medical assistant signed me in and then proceeded to take everyone in the waiting rooms vitals except for mine. will not be coming back here.

I went there for the first time after suffering from an animal bite on my hand. I went in asking for a stitch and a cleaning of the wound. The doctor took almost an hour to even see me after I was brought into the room. I waited for several more intervals. I urged her to give a stitch, but she advised me that I didn't need it. She left the room for another half an hour only to forget about me and forget to clean my wound. I was left sitting their waiting with a bleeding hand, all to get barely any treatment. A few weeks later, the skin around my puncture wound has healed incorrectly. The flap of skin over the original bite puncture bulges out, as it was not properly set with a stitch (as it should've been by the doctor), and there's nothing I can safely do at home to reset my skin properly.

I did an online spot. Got there 10 mins before spot. One person in waiting room,don’t know who was in back. Only 4 cars in parking lot. Well 40 mins later nothing happened except someone delivered them lunch. I asked about wait time-unknown-I have a disabled son at home and needed to go. Lady in lobby said she had been there 1 1/2 hrs. So I left. The receptionist and the nurse was nice. Need more drs if it takes that long.
