This clinic is impeccable. Dr. Stephenson is patient, kind, and understanding. He takes the time to explain things to me in a way that is easy to understand. His staff is so kind and efficient. I am able to get in and out of the clinic in the time that other clinics would have me in the waiting room. I highly recommend this little gem of a clinic!

AVOID THIS MISDIAGNOSIS PLACE Definitely avoid this place if you don’t want be misdiagnosed or delayed on treatment. I came in with my infant daughter who’s coughing but NO FEVER. We clearly stated that she had to use inhaler for similar situation happened before and asked doctor to pay attention to wheezing sound. But what they demanded are flu test and strep bacteria test. Before we realized, flu test is done (by picking sample from inside nose) and my daughter starts crying and coughing harder. We stopped them from doing strep bacteria test since there’s NO FEVER. Then they said she’s fine there’s no wheezing sound and we can go home. We don’t know if we got such result because we refused to take strep bacteria test, but I seriously suspect that’s the case. Stepping outside we don’t feel convinced, so we find another urgent care (Islands urgent care, which is btw much more professional though with longer waiting time). We were told we should have been sent to ER already!!! There’s obvious wheezing sound. She was treated with nebulizer machine and prescripted with inhaler, which made her finally feel better. If we didn’t ask for 2nd opinion, my daughter would end up with much worse maybe life threatening situation. We could not understand how such misdiagnosis could happen - there was no fever and we made it clear she has history using inhaler. Yet they just want to do flu and bacteria test, and sent us home with suggestion to use nasal spray when we refused the test. The other urgent care did not mention any of those tests. So seriously, avoid this place who just want you to pay for tests, and simply send you home when you don’t want to take their non-sense tests. Don’t waste your time and money for misdiagnosed result. For the sake of similar anxious parents with sick kids during vacation, I’m going to post this review to all websites that I can reach to remind you, AVOID IT.
