The Nurse Practitioner Amanda K. Romano that works there is grossly negligent. DO NOT see her. I presented with classic appendicitis symptoms and she told me I was just constipated and to go home and take laxatives and an enema. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with a ruptured appendix and taken into emergency surgery. This NP didn't even spend 5 minutes with me and told me based off an abdominal x-ray I was just 'full of poop'. She should not be seeing patients

The nurse Katherine is the worst ever. I explained my problem, hand and wrist being severely swollen and having limited range of motion and painful to move. She treated me as if I was a junkie. This was after I waited 1hr 30 mins to even get to the back when I checked in online and scheduled a time. It took 1hr 30 mins to get to the back another 30 mins for x-ray then she said I'm prescribing topical cream and giving you a tetanus shot which she tried to force on me . Then she get a attitude because I told here I didn't come for a tetanus shot. So she told me to take 200mg Tylenol for hairline fracture in my hand and wrist. I never go there again nor will I refer someone to go there. I guess I wasn't the right color to be seen properly. She is prejudice and judgemental. Another spoiled white girl from lsu who feels intitled.

I came in and was dx with the flu but as also c/o wheezing. He (the NP) disregarded wheezing altogether and did not treat me for it. Needless to say, I had to go to my PCP for additional care.
