They are also nice and friendly although disagree with your payment method as I am always sent to collections even though my extra bill I pay over 50.00 a month

Very disappointed in my visit on July 28, 2019. I'm a senior citizen with copd. I was having respiratory problems. I guessed probably bronchitis. The dr came in stood in front of me about 2 min to find out the problem. He listened to my lungs from my back which probably probably stood another 2 min. That was the extent of the exam. I explained that my pulmonary dr had given me an antibotic two days prior but it had made me very nervous. He prescribed an antibotic for 10 days and 40 mg of prednisone for 5 days. Today was the last day on the prednisone and the 6th day of the antibotic and I am as sick as I was when I went to Urgent care on Sunday. The antibotic evidently isnt working at all so I'll have to find another dr.

I waited more than 20 mins for the doctor in a room by myself and it takes awhile for them to assist people.

I was refused to be seen. The doors say they are open Mon- Fri, and close at 5. I arrived at 4:50pm. Staff was already packing to leave and the doors had been locked. I NEEDED URGENT CARE, but instead a front desk worker came to the door and told me to go to a different location because they were closed. I was in pain, and I would have to drive at least 40min to the next closest urgent care. Because of this I sent a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and will filing a complaint with Lexington Medical Center.

I went in to be seen for a 3 day migraine. I thought they closed at 10pm and I arrived at 7:45. I was mistaken and they closed at 8pm. Well, I've never been treated so horribly. I have a history of migraines and know that a Toradol injection helps. Dr. Donato came in, asked me what I've been doing to treat it at home and told him I had been taking excedrin migraine and a prescription migraine medication. He said I was there too late for an injection (I'm assuming because they would have to monitor me for a few minutes) and prescribed 2 norco for me to take by mouth and kicked me out the door. He never asked when I last took the medication that has acetaminophen in it and by prescribing the norco, Dr Donato essentially overdosed me on acetaminophen which is highly toxic to the liver. I would never suggest anyone be seen by him under any circumstances. He does not have the best interest of the patient in mind. Highly Negligent.
