I did my diligence and made sure prior to visiting this location that the facility was IN-network with my insurance. After confirming, I took both my boys in for strep throat confirmation. I received a my EOB and was charged an outrageous amount so I called my insurance explain. Come to find out the doctor that saw my boys was out of network. IF I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THE LOCATION WAS IN-NETWORK... ASKED YOUR FRONT DESK MANAGER IF THE FACILITY IS IN-NETWORK... YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW "HEY MA'AM THE DOCTOR IS NOT THOUGH." So I can at least make the decision for myself if we will continue treatment.
