Called location to get records for client was on hold for 20 mins no ever came back to phone called back and they sent me voice mail. Called Main Office phone no one answered and voicemail is full.

Worst experience you could receive. They are not professional. Management needs to be provided here to review the procedures they follow. They say give them one hour for results on an app you have to download, turns out that’s a lie. The first time getting tested nothing showed up for 5 hours so I drove back to the building . I asked why my results haven’t been loaded , oh it’s just because they were too lazy to enter them into the computer. THE SECOND time we went to get tested the same exact thing happened it’s just this time we waited 24 hours . When we returned they had the results ready to be viewed. This is after missing two days of work because of their laziness. Absolutely disrespectful and on top of this all of them are on their phone laughing in the back room.
