The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The ease of registering on line at a specific time is perfect when you work.

The appointment went like clockwork. Michael did a great job with triage and was very friendly. Kirsten Goertz was a good listener and very sweet and knowledgeable. For my first visit, it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. Thanks to everyone!

When you say “Hi” to Wendy, a staff member, and the She did not even acknowledge me, it doesn't start the experience off well. Wendy came in my room next and never introduced herself or said her purpose. When she finally, cane over to me, she was angry that my coat was still on and I was answering an Easter greeting text from my daughter. Again, I had no idea of her purpose. I came in for a pre-surgery Covid test. I was definitely not expecting that I was going need to have my BP, pulse, and weight taken. I kindly obliged when she asked me to take off the coat and close the phone. She had a angry attitude and mannerism with me. I let her know that. It caused my BP and pulse to skyrocket. Check my chart. You have it. I usually have low BP and pulse. Wendy needs some professional training in my opinion. I am a licensed pharmacist and work closely with students on professionalism. There is simply no need to be rude and unfriendly in a healthcare setting.

We had an appointment at 10 10 but ended of seeing the dr at 11 20.

I was not able to be seen because an x-ray tech was not there. Wish I had been told that when I scheduled the appointment ahead of time.

The nurse brought me back and forgot about me. They didn’t realize I was already in an exam room and went to call my name at the reception again.

Went in for nerve buzzing in leg. Turned out it I found once it spread to my eyes and head it was from my grow your hair vitamins and my iron level was through the roof. She didn't even test my blood or investigate!!! I'm livid. Just gave me antibiotic just in case for a scratch I told her about less deep than a cat scratch. DO NOT WASTE TIME HERE. They just want a copay for saying oh go to a specialist. Can you do your job first before I do though?
