Moved to the state recently. Son broke a glass into his hand at Legend HS. Nurses told us to go to ER. Friend referred us here. They were ready and waiting. Best. Decision. Ever. Office was amazing, staff was friendly, understanding and as nice as could be. Made my son feel comfortable and took the anxiety away right from the start. They made us laugh and feel comfortable knowing that they would take care of him. Took xrays, cleaned wounds, removed 2 large pieces of glass (could not see second piece, so that took about 7 minutes to finally get out, took xrays again and finished cleaning and fixing the wounds. Could not be happier with the way we were treated by everyone there. Dr. Morrison was the best and staff were right there with him.

I broke my ankle. I had my pcp call ahead and let them know I was coming. When I got there no one greeted me, so I hobbled up to the counter. A nice lady helped me and then I waited, for over an hour. People came in after me and got taken back, even for something simple like a shot. I was in extreme pain, no one offered me ice, there was no place to elevate my foot, and finally I decided to leave. I hobbled to the counter and asked for a refund, and the new lady behind the counter was not so pleasant, like it's my fault she works there. I get the medical industry sucks, but being sick and hurt sucks too. Be Kind, show some compassion, and maybe treat patients in the waiting room like they're human and have feelings. It's not like we are there because we can fix an ankle ourselves.
