If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Abrazo Buckeye Emergency Center is an emergency room, commonly called an E.R., providing critical and life saving healthcare services to patients throughout theBuckeye area through their location at525 S Watson Rd. They are required by law to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on national holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
While their availability can be enticing, you should really only visit an E.R. if you absolutely have to as they can be quite expensive and have much longer wait times than an walk-in urgent care center. In fact, some insurance carriers have begun to refuse paying for emergency room visits that were in fact non-emergent. An interesting fact that about 50% of emergency room diagnosis could be addressed at a quicker, less expensive urgent care center.

Visited their ER to get my hand checked. They did not have a bed available, so had me sit on a chair, in the hallway. Took a couple ex-rays for my hand, and put a brace on my hand to help with Carpal Tunnel. They charged me $632.34, as my full payment, and recommended an Orthopedic Surgeon to follow up with. The surgeon does not help with wrist issues, so I called back to ask for another referral, but the person answered the phone stated that is my job to look for another. They kept billing me, over and over, and turned around and charged my insurance almost $4,000.00, stating they’re charging for a room/bed. Then, I started getting bills and text messages from the manufacturer of the wrist brace, asking me to pay half of the brace cost!!! I called te hospital and requested speaking to their Billing office, and billing representative stated that my account was paid in full, and there’s nothing else I owe!!! I shouldn’t owe anything from the day I visited that ER!!! I kept gett Bills from both the ER and BREG the manufacturer of the brace, and when I called the ER again on 9-5-2023 to see what on earth is going on, another rude representative answered, suggesting to call the number on the bills. When I tried to call the BREG company that keeps billing me, my cellphone screen had a Suspected Scam alert. Now, my question is that, how did my information to hacked, just by visiting this horrible ER??
