If my rating were based on the urgent care alone it would be a lot better but I feel that people need to know that the company that does this urgent cares billing is HORRIBLE!!!! I have a HMO plan and have $369 holding in my account to be deducted by the urgent care for a visit 3 weeks ago. They require payment by card only Incase your insurance doesn’t pay but they tell you that they will send you an email before they charge your card just Incase you need to speak with your insurance first. WRONG! I have not received one email, spam mail, or junk mail from them except about any issues with my claim. My copay is only $10 so for them just to pull $369 out of my account is a financial burden and my bet is that they didn’t even call my insurance to rectify the issue first. Great urgent care, sh*tty billing department which makes the urgent care not worth going to!
