PA-C was amazing ( I highly recommend him)….. but would not recommend facility based on anything else during visit. I’m a single mom working multiple jobs.I booked first available visit I could for my child. It was assessed he had sinus infection and start of ear infection. The nurse didn’t listen apparently, got pharmacy wrong even though I told her where to send script, she had even walked out of room before I completely stated what his current med dosage was. Then she told me she couldn’t put dates of missed school on a doctors note.

My only complaint is that my appointment was at 4:20 pm. Two people came in later with appointments at 4:30 and 4:45 pm. Both were called back before me. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist she replied that it was the computer. You need to fix the computer.

i have a concussion and went for a follow up and waited an hour in the waiting room and an hour after the nurse checked my vitals. i had to leave because i have stuff to do

I love the staff at access Medical in Claremore. They go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the wait time and how they move people thru. I was there 1 1/2 hours for 3 test that totaled in time 20 mins. I was 20 minutes early and still took this long with appt. So that’s the only issue.
