My reservation time was useless. I went 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, but it didn't happen until 40 minutes later. The staff was unfriendly and they almost left me unattended.

Went by for my appointment and the location was closed. There was no signage or anything to indicate why. Or to indicate that it was closed. But the door didn't open, the lights were off, no one answered the phone, and others were similarly trying to figure out why no one was there.

They were kind when I found out my phone has been changed to not ring if the phone number was not listed. Had 3 calls before I saw them!

My daughter and I were never seen for our appointment. We checked in on the app at 12:10pm for our 12:15pm appointment on Saturday, January 8th, 2022. We were waitlisted for several hours. I saw there were 6 people in front of us, but that number never changed through the day. By the time we knew it, the clinic was closed and we'd never received a call to reschedule or anything.

Showed up to my appointment checked-in online waited in my car as instructed. After 30 minutes of waiting in my car I went to the front door to find a sign posted that “do to unforeseen events we are closed 1/4”, my appointment was 1/8. The clinic was closed for 4 days, and unable to contact patients? Totally unprofessional. I have worked in the medical field for 20 years and now understand why patients go to the ED for minor medical care, because establishments like this are not open.

When the physician entered the room he had made up his diagnosis before even looking at me. He said I’m not going to test you for anything just give you a steroid and you need to let it take it’s course. I’ve literally had first hand exposure to Covid and the flu over the last 3-4 days and he refused to test me. I had to assertively state that I too work in healthcare and I can not return to work without a Covid and flu test. Which he still refused to give me the flu test so I’ll leave here today and have to schedule another appointment to be tested somewhere else. As he walked out of the exam room he says to me you don’t have any of those sicknesses, I’ll test you but you’re not sick you watch and see everything will come back negative. I have never experienced some one talk to me in such a derogatory an abrasive way working healthcare. I am in absolute and utter disbelief about his unprofessional bedside manner and the care of this facility. I have never in my life experience such poor service and felt so humiliated. I’m not sure because I’m a different race than he is but I can tell you from the first impression it’s was apparent he did not want to treat me because I’m African American. I just left with my results and I’m telling you I will be retesting at another facility because I do not trust this facility at all. The results came back really quickly not 15 to 20 minutes.

This was my first visit with Dr L.Tran. I was very sick over Christmas and was able to see her on 26 Dec. Dr Tran was impressive. She listens carefully and at 82 Yrs old that is very important to me. She was affable attentive and very knowledgeable about possible ramifications from my condition Her medical advice was clear and understandable. In short she is a very competent medical doctor with whom i would trust my family and myself and recommend to my friends.

I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to be called in. I then had to wait another hour and a half to be told to watch my symptoms and go to the hospital if I became worse. No diagnosis not recommendations. Nothing. The doctor spent maybe 2 minutes max with me. Very disappointed. I’ve always gone to this clinic before but will never go again.

I don’t know why I go here.. they never listen when people are sick.. literally didn’t even figure out what was going on with me.. gave me steroids and an antibiotic that isn’t working.. so I’m still sick.. I probably will only come to get covid tests from here on out

The provider was professional and had great bedside manner. She double checked that the medication she was prescribing didn’t interact with my other medications. Appreciated the time and discussion of the course of treatment.

When I did my online check-in upon arrival it said I was the third person in line. However, I was not called to come inside for over 2 hours, even though many people had left while I was waiting. Also, at least 4 people entered the building ahead of me while I was supposedly third in line. Give people an ACCURATE count of where they are in line. On the positive side, the nurse and the PA I saw were great.
