I went to this clinic as the usual Access clinic I go to was closed that day. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment online so I did not expect a long wait but I was seen very quickly. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this clinic.

They told me I was negative for Covid tonight, Appt was at 6:30pm, so on advice from Dr I went to Mercy ER, they did lots of tests and diagnosed me positive for Covid.

Scheduling ahead online made for a much shorter wait time. Came for a Covid test and the process and results were within 15 min. I was in and out much quicker than I expected!

I’m sure it’s Covid related, but having a 2:30 pm appointment and getting called to come inside at 3:50 pm and then seeing the doc at 4:20 pm was very frustrating. The doc and nurse were friendly and professional. The doc took time to listen and was very through with my examination.

The wait was long but everything else was superb. It was exceptionally busy that day and some customers were rude. The staff dealt with it with kindness and professionalism. The PA I saw addressed my needs very well and was very pleasant. This has always been my first go-to clinic if I’m sick.

My appointment was at 4:40 pm. I arrived at 4:15 pm. Was not seen until 6:30. Then did not get out until 7 and was in pain the whole time.

Love the service and care I get here, but something needs to be done about the wait time. Seems unfair to schedule an appointment time only to see walk ins be seen ahead of appointments sometimes.
