They sent my script to the wrong pharmacy (I wanted the same one I have used on all previous visits and specifically confirmed while I was there it was supposed to to you CVS and NOT Walgreens) so I have missed two doses and still don’t know when I will be able to pick up the medication. I’ve made three phone calls trying to get this sorted out (huge waste of time) and I don’t know if I will get the medication before I go on a trip tomorrow. One call was to CVS because I thought they were being slow. Two to your customer line. Thought the first woman I spoke to had addressed the problem but the second said there was no record of this conversation so apparently that was a lie?

This was my first and second visit for COVID tests. I made appoints in person. The ladies at the desk were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Check-in was very convenient. I chose Access Medical Urgent Care because my daughter recommended the clinic.

A very pleasant experience. All of the staff members were very courteous and they appeared to do their best to expedite my care. I arrived at least twenty minutes early but the staff got me into an exam room at my scheduled appointment time so it worked out perfectly.

Very easy process for COVID testing. In and out with results in less than 15 minutes. Staff was awesome! Thank you all! Would definitely recommend to others, in fact I plan to recommend to patients I care for at hospital.

Since I had already checked it the entire process was was so easy without extended wait time. It was a very positive & awesome experience. Wait time was very minimal during entire visit. I was expecting a totally different experience & was pleasantly surprised. Check-in process was very convenient. Booked appointment online. There was no copay. I will definitely recommend this provider.

I waited 2.5 hours to get seen, then an additional hour in the back. If everyone was hustling, I wouldn't be upset about this, but the staff was chatting with each other right outside my door. They were nice people, but had no respect for their patients time.

I made an appointment online, checked in online and sat down. My check in was confirmed via text. I was in the wait list line. Walk in patients that arrived after me were seen before me. It was not until I complained about it that I was called in. The staff at the desk told me that that patients were seen in no specific order. While I was in the office, my appointment check on disappeared from the ap.

I came forward a Covid test for travel. The people were extremely courteous but the front desk was not knowledgeable about what tests were accepted and that they were out of the one I needed. The staff member who saw me was able to inform me but a lot of time could have been saved. The app process is amazing.

I have two broken, lacerated fingers. Doctor never introduced herself, didn't clean the wound very well, medical assistant didn't know how to bandage my hand, said she was going to call in pain meds and antibiotic but only called in an antibiotic so I'm stuck with broken fingers and nothing to kill the pain. I will never go back to this place again!

I made appointment on line then checked in on line. Went in had a 5 min wait. Listen to my symptoms tested and called in prescription. Done in 20 minutes
