I was immediately informed by the PA that my diagnosis doesn't exist. I felt marginalized and wasn't heard when trying to explain all the testing and lab work that had been done over the years trying to get a name for what is wrong. My PCP agrees with the diagnosis (even though he wasn't the one to make it) and it is a real, but rare occurrence. There are articles with the Mayo (amongst other reputable facilities) discussing this exact ailment.

Prompt, accurate tests for helping determine medical problem. Unfortunately, the did not have services of lab needed to preform some tests, ie blood tests.

The “nurse” was callous, rude, and mean to sick patients, & the people who brought in the patients. Everyone was socially distanced, being respectful, and she snapped at everyone about how we were putting her at risk for Covid. One particular patient that the nurse snapped at was there with a brain mass, experiencing vision loss, etc. Having survived cancer, I appreciate the fear that woman was having, only to be yelled at for sitting 20 feet away from the nurse imperfectly. Other staff observed this behavior and from their lack of reaction... it’s normal behavior. I didn’t feel safe having any interaction with her, so the nurse practitioner had to do everything and was both kind and caring, as well as professional.

I don’t know if it was just short staffed or what….and I’m sorry to complain if that’s the case but it should absolutely no way in hell take 3-4 hours to administer a COVID test for 10-20 people. I left the clinic, went to another urgent care, got tested, and received my results before the this clinic was even remotely ready for me. The check in process was also poorly planned and took way longer than needed due to technology or reception errors.

The front desk person was not welcoming to me or the patients who followed. She was snappy and bitter. During my wait, I could hear many conversations about the equipment not working and the staff stating their points of views. All and all, not a welcoming experience. The MA was nice. She did her job. She is the reason for the given stars. The PA came into the room to tell me my Covid-19 test was negative then she was ready to leave. I was fairly certain the test would be negative. I was there to see if I had bronchitis and/or a cold. After some communication, she relunctly listened to my lungs and checked my ears then said I was good to go. I asked what medications I should take and she gave a few options. It is my belief, she believes her approach is laid back; it is my belief, she was tired and did not want to ask questions or do her job.

Due to the craziness of COVID I’ve had to come in quite a few times and I won’t go anywhere else now! The receptionist is sweet, the nurse is hilarious, and the doctor is attentive and actually cares about you! Love this place!
