The wait time was long, paperwork was a long process, I advised the male nurse (talker skinner with brown short hair) that I was having a hard time filling the paperwork and was not good with online and he mad the comment we have eighty year old women and older fill out the forms on line with no problem, he was very rude, I did not comment the sign asked that patients give the staff respect and that is what I did. When I did see the P.A. she was very nice and listened to my symptoms and was very professional and helpful. When finished seeing the P.A. I let the front desk know how the male nurse treated me and explained that not everyone is computer smart rather they have a disability or whatever the case. I feel this young man needs to understand we are the ones the patient who pays for good health care and no matter what the situation the staff to are to be held to the same standards as the patient, give respect always. My experience was excellent except for treatment the male nurse exhibited.

The front desk nurse was incredibly rude. She mocked my fiancee and had a terrible attitude. Additionally, apparently an appointment isn't an appointment. I waited in my vehicle for over an hour after my appointment time. When I pointed out that this doesn't constitute an appointment, thr front desk nurse told me that appointments at all medical facilities work this way. Absolute insanity. The doctor was great though.

The nurse was slightly rough around the edges but I think she was have a long day. The Dr. was amazing. He was super kind, listened to everything I had to say, and spent a reasonable amount of time in the room. Wait time was nothing, this office is very efficient.

I waited in my car a total of 5 minutes. I was taken back as soon as I walked in the door. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Had to wait on test results after my exam.
