If i could give this place 0 stars i would. This is the most racist office ive even been to!!! If your a person of color stay far way!!!! I went in to get a culture to determine what type of infection i had due to high wbc ( i had my test results from labcorp in hand) My symptoms were excessive urination lower back pain. I was asked to be test! I was charged $100 just to be told that i didnt have a uti and i had diabetes due to my frequent urination!!!! So no culture was performed to tell me why i had a infection! They just jump to diabetes and never even gave me a test! The doctor said based on the excessive urination it was diabetes. The doctor and her nurse tried to draw blood 1 hour later unsucessful no one could find my veins!!!! She was training her staff on trying to find my veins!!!! So because im black and black ppl are known to have diabetes u tell u patient this with out proof!!!! Wow unbelievable literally walked in with a uti infection/bladder infection and was told i had diabetes. I asked for my money back $100 they refused and refused to give me write up of her diagnostics as a paying customer after i refused to go pay more money for a diabetes test i did not need! This place is a scammmm stay away. As a paying customer i asked to speak to doctor again and was told they would call the police on me, i could come back tommorow but would have to $100 to speak to her. Wow just wow! In the black community having diabetes is the worst thing ever imagine how i felt hearing a doctor tell me i probably had this with out a test! Wow wow! Im really in disbelief how i was handled here!!!! If your black stay away from this racist place.

Absolute trash this place. From the long two hour wait in an empty waiting room to the attitude of the staff. Dr Hillary was nice but Dr Shepard I hope never have to deal with again. Plus the staff doesn’t seem to enjoy working there and no one ever apologized for the long unnecessary wait.

Refused service to my sister when trying to get checked for head/neck pain due to a car accident. She was providing her OWN private health insurance and they declined and stated "It gets too messy so come back tomorrow when you have lawyer information." I called to complain since they refused to see a patient and they stated "she wouldn't be reimbursed if she went through her own private health insurance" I stated "She doesn't give a damn about being reimbursed! She wants to get checked out because she is in pain!" and they came back with "Oh....well this was a misunderstanding and we can most definitely see her" No, there was no damn misunderstanding and after receiving service like that + being turned away, you think anyone would just come back?? The doctor or the office manager obviously doesn't want my sister to use her own private health insurance because then they have to pay whatever the agreement is with the provider. If they go through a lawyer then they can charge whatever they want....HOW SELFISH AND GREEDY! I advise that you stay far away from this place. They obviously don't care about their patients.

Went in for a motorcycle accident in extreme pain. They talked to me, gave me prescriptions and sent me away. No X-rays or any documentation of my injuries. X-ray machine was down and they wanted me to come back in a week. I went to emergency instead. This place is not equipped to handle major injuries. Just go to the hospital
