Welcoming, fast, caring and all around the right place for urgent care - and follow up! I loved being greeted by Paula when I walked in for what turned out to be a minor itch - but who knew? I felt very safe in the presence of Kelly, Newton and all other care-givers. They are all professional, knowledgeable, skilled in people skills, not just medical know-how, and are not afraid to say: I don’t know. I received quick care. I felt very reassured when I left. I went for a Covid test, and was told it would take 15-30 minutes, but it took two hours to complete. They told me they would call me with. Results in 3-5 days. It has now been 10 days but I have not received the results. I do not recommend this facility. At least for me, they were worthless, and it is only about money. I ended up getting the test elsewhere and it took one day!
