Doctor wasn’t helpful at all. Had to argue to make him understand I’m in pain

Unsatisfied with quality of care. No point of care imaging available for likely kidney stones. Was referred to a nearby pharmacy and was told it was open, when it was not open for another half hour. I visited here while traveling so I knew nothing of the area or resources at this clinic, but this visit did not meet my needs.

When there to get a physical exam and get an answer for "something", but even though they didn't have the equipment to help with the physical exam, they did a physical exam still when I requested while still knowing their answer won't exactly answer my original question, but it being able to at least hear an professional opinion done as best as they can with what they had to work with. They also explained my options for truly checking it out and navigating the rest of the system. I wish this was a primary care office instead because I would select them to be my provider after my quick first time visit on a quiet Wednesday.

Made an appointment at 4:45pm and the lady at the front desk told me I still had to wait for walk ins because they were ahead of me according to the lady at the front desk just ended up canceling the appointment because i waited for 20min and I have errands. They prioritize walk-ins more than their appointments.

MA was very friendly and good. Provider was curt, rushed, and not thorough at all

Staff were super friendly, especially up at the front. Wait time wasn’t bad, I was in and out quickly! Definitely recommend! Yes I would recommend this office to every one.

Should have gotten a stronger Meds for my  ordeal ( painful sore throat) / day after AFC visit sill painful & feverish….

It was great, staff, care, scheduling and check in was wonderful.

i fell and hurt my ribs -and am in extreme pain and the doctor did not provide any type of medication of relief besides Tylenol - i can barely move. She also provided me with no email or written after care instructions or a detail of my visit with her diagnosis or Xray comments. the Staff was a amazing but the doctor was very incomplete in my visit, documentation and relief.
