The wait time was awful. I waited over 2 hours for my appointment, and counted 9 people who had come in after me go in before me. The receptionist did not seem to care that I was there and that there was clearly some technical error going on and disregarded me every time I went up to ask about it. She told me that it would only be 5-10 more minutes, and after that, 30 minutes past. There were 11 people in the lobby at one point, most of the people there to get tested for COVID-19, and yet there was absolutely no regulation about that, plus the extreme wait time was awful and upsetting and it was pretty sad that no one acknowledged it. No one should ever have to wait 2 hours, especially when they have a scheduled appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Earlier that day, I called to see if I would have to go into the building, because I had reservations due to the virus. The staff told me that people are usually in/out of the building within 5-10 minutes. I even got two text messages to come right into the lobby which made it seem like everything was ready to go, and not sit in a small room with 11 other sick people. I went in for the rapid covid test, and when I was finally in I wasn’t there for more than 10 minutes. Both the doctor and nurse were nice and answered my questions. For this to go more smoothly, there should be a better process in getting patients in, or at least more communication/sincere apologies when the wait is more than a half hour, let alone the two hours that I waited to go in.

I would give zero star if I can, but I need to give at least one star to post this comment. It seems people in this office don't know what they are doing at all. I understand it must be busy under this pandemic, but they still need to be at least professional as an urgent care. My husband and I went there 10 times just for a complete immigration physical exam reports. I don't know why they are qualified to do this job. Regardless they couldn't finish the correct report forms, they couldn't manage the blood sample properly either. They told us it was the lab lost our first blood sample (who knows!), so we did blood work two times. And guess what? We received two bills from the lab right now. The lab asked them to explain the situation, so I contacted them last week and they guaranteed to let me know this week. But I called in today and it seems nobody in this office ever knew about this story. I tried to be nice always even though they messed up our reports many times. worst experience ever!!!!!!! This claim will definitely go to BBB and all other organizations that I can find to complaint this issue.

Worst experience ever they don’t pick up calls don’t call back test you and send you home with no info just the worse I’ve ever seen can’t talk to the doctor with concerns DONT GO THERE !!!
