The incorrect copayment of $50 was charged. AFC claims that is the rate they charge as a “primary” provider. Showed my card which shows $30 copay for primary or urgent care. Gave me a receipt so I could follow up. Claimed $50 copay is charged regardless as instructed by corporate office.
