Awful service, AFC doesn’t sucure patients documents/data properly potential for data being stolen is near 100 percent. AFC doesn’t use a secure storage spot for documents to be destroyed opting to just use a trash barrel with no lock or lid, potentially exposing personal data to anyone (social security numbers, address, phone numbers and sensitive medical information). This should be a major concern for anyone looking for their personal privacy to be maintained. Go elsewhere for service!

I went to AFC urgent care in saugus this morning. When i walked in alone i approached ida. She then asked me my name and the reason for being there. I replied back with i broke my foot 2 weeks ago and im still in pain. I stated i wanted to get a possible X-ray ( Because the day prior i went and spoke to a woman at afc and she said return the following day when they have a X-ray tech is in 8am-4pm)). She then came off very judgmental and said " you know we can't give pain medicine here"...mind you Im a recovering addict, 10 years clean this summer june 2020 from opiates. I just felt like ida wasn't very educated. She made me feel like my broken leg wasn't the problem.. and didn't even ask me anything further on why i was there because i feel she automatically judged me. 4 patients came in after me and my mother as my witness, she didn't say that " policy" to any of those patients. My mother noticed this and spoke to ida about it... ida replied with well its company policy and they arn't hurt. she also proceeded to tell my mother " im 67 and sick of this job". Maybe its because ida isn't giving off energy saying she wants to help the sick. She's giving off that she wants to help who she wants to help. I couldn't help but feel if i went in not in pajamas and dressed to the nines she wouldn't have judged me so quickly. Pleased help your staff understand what they say to people esp in that field can hurt someone. i hope my feed back helps you understand that not everyone looks as they seem. Im hurt looking for help from doctors and this woman made me wanna run out the door. thank you for listening. Alexandrea Campbell 8572065401
