This place is a rip-off. I took my teenage daughter here a couple of months ago because she hurt her arm when she fell off her bike. The doctor examined her for a few minutes and then had an x-ray done. He came back in for a moment and said that it was only sprained and sent her home with a sling. The office billed my insurance company almost $500 for the visit. When I called to question the bill, I got the run around that lasted for several months. They kept saying that it was correctly billed but have refused to provide any information with regards to what they actually billed for. I can't imagine how this brief visit with an x-ray could result in a $500 charge. This office was better in the past, but now they have their billing done by an outside company who are very rude and will not tell you anything. While I understand that it is urgent care and may cost more than a regular doctor's visit, the $500 charge is extremely excessive. When I go to the Urgent Care at Baycare for myself, I don't get a bill anywhere even close to half of this bill. In the future, since she is a teenager now, I will stick with the Urgent Care at Baycare. It is better care for a lot less money.

Absolutely horrible. This provider keeps billing us $5 even though our member responsibility is zero. They have threatened to send it to collections-- for FIVE DOLLARS-- and despite repeated calls to them they tell us we owe it and to take it up with Florida Blue. This is terrible. This is what our insurance company says: "This claim was billed at $80, however, the allowed amount, which is the amount that Florida Blue allows this provider to bill for this type of service, was $75. Since this provider is participating and has a contract with Florida BLue for your plan, they are not allowed to bill you more than the allowed amount. This is the provider's agreement under their contract with Florida Blue."
