Unfriendly staff, provider didn’t even examine the area where I experienced the issue. Was told nothing could be done by them. Left feeling uneasy and embarrassed. Didn’t want to even get a second opinion! I finally did and was treated proper with respect I’m satisfied with the diagnosis, feeling healthier every day. Not a good place to be seen if you are already intimidated by doctors/dr office’s/hospitals something is lacking here and you will not want to follow up or even go to another physician.

It was great urgent care until this week. We were using several years. This week my son got a little burns. I took him to this urgent care. The doctor did not send prescription to the pharmacy. Instead of giving me the summary of the visit she wrote the medicine on the paper. The school requested the medicine release. I took my son second time. The other doctor Mandi Muchimiripi refused to sign release I did the second visit and she reported me with my son to police and social services. We had police at home after her visit and going to social workers. They did not do follow up phone calls from this urgent care. No servey. I cannot believe she reported us for 2 little burns on the skin. She made the worst weekend in my and my son's life to put us through this crap. This is the worst care I have seen in this urgent care. No way to use it again. I decided never use it again.
