Checked in at 10:05 was called in by 10:15am I was at other urgent care with a próx 3 hr wait so I had remembered about alamo urgent care and went ahead n booked I was so amazed of the quickness especially since I’ve been feeling so sick since the night before. Great staff will definitely make this my main urgent source when sick thanks 😊

Angelina got me checked in quickly, Julia and Danielle the MA's took great care and showed concern during my visit, and the NP Isabel Barrientez created a plan of action that would get me up and goiy.

Love this place! Karla had the hands of an angel and I didn’t feel any pain with her injections. Staff was super friendly. NP Rod is the best!

I highly recommend Alamo city urgent care. Everyone, starting from my first phone call there, was so courteous. I did not wait long to get in and I did not have to make an appointment. Please stop by for illness or Covid.

This is not the first time I visit the facility. The wait time is shortened greatly due to Covid going down. We did an xRay and steroid shot for knee pain just to get through until the visit with our family physician. I scheduled the appt for the same day. No wait, no hassle, next to my house, friendly personnel...I like the place.

I'm from out of town/state. Wasn't sure who to go to. Alamo urgent care treated me with respect and professionalism. It seemed like they were busy but I never felt missed or forgotten. All if the staff were friendly and caring. If I ever need medical care again, definitely would go back.

My first experience was horrible and the second was much worst. Only made appt to get retested . I honestly didn’t have a choice as every urgent in San Antonio had no available spots. Emergency 🚨 hospital over whelmed no home test available at any location . However I was approached by Nick the owner. Made it right!!! Thank you

I was recommended Alamo by my daughter who works for a dr n was lucky because it’s my neighborhood. Staff is friendly, courteous, n ultra professional. Phone was ringing off the wall, patients walking in n wanting to b seen yet everyone was being treated with utmost respect even though there were no more patients who were going t b seen for the day (n it was only 10 am!).yes I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who appreciates good n efficient care.

It was my first time there and they really took care of me. Daniella Mateo in particular was awesome. She was very detailed in explaining the process and performing the testing as well and made it as comfortable as possible. She was really awesome. Definitely will recommend for others.
