I found the staff friendly who checked me in and checked my vitals. Hector recommended a COVID test and flu test which I did. The overall wait tim to get results was horrible. When the provider stepped in finally, I was given the results and told to quarantine. I had to ask the provider was there any treatment for symptoms especially since I was having a cough and some burning in chest. I was told to take a Zyrtec. I take Zyrtec everyday and there is no relief for my symptoms. I was surprised that the provider did not even listen to my lungs. So I left with the realty that I would need to do my own research to try my best to weather through this on my own and provide for my own care. I was there waiting to be seen and given my results for two plus hours. Very disappointing.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a medical facility. My husband did the online check in for his paperwork oh, and he received a message stating to come 15 minutes before his check in to complete the process. When we arrived, we were told that they were still on lunch. My husband indicated that he received the message thing to come in at that time, and the lady at the front desk was still rude and unaccommodating. We were told to go back to our car and wait until 2 pm. My appointment was 2:15 p.m., and I received a message to come into the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment time. We walked back in at 1:59 p.m. and was told that they were still on lunch. She then took our IDs and gave us some additional paperwork and told us to go back to the car to fill the paperwork out. She could have given us the paperwork the first time around. They did not send us a message to come back into the clinic until 2:22 pm. Once we finally made it back into the clinic, we were ushered into a room. Why we were sitting in that room at 2:33, we heard a gentleman saying he was there for his walk in time. He was told at 2 to come back 30 minutes later for his walk in. Unfortunately, when he got there at 2:30 he was then told they were not accepting any more walk-in patients. He asked why was he told to return then if they knew they were not going to accept anyone else at the 2:30 time. They had no answer to give him except to tell him sorry we are not accepting any more walk-in patients. This review will be left not only here but Google, Yelp oh, and any other place I can leave a review about this place. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone not even if it is the only and last place on the face of this Earth.
