Their first priority is NOT you. I gave this place 3 tries out of desperation, and I’m never coming back. Make no mistake, they do not know what they are doing, and you’re better off traveling further for your care. It took everything I had not to walk out before my appointment was finished. For the health and safety of patients, this center should be audited, re-staffed or closed.

Went in for a sinus infection. Something I’ve gone to them for for years. Prescribed z pack and didn’t change anything. After calling in for different prescription none of my messages were returned. Once I called they claimed I didn’t contact them in short enough time. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve been calling for over a week. Now the dr wants me to come back in for same procedure to determine what’s wrong. If you didn’t do your job why do I have to take off again and pay again for your incompetence. The arrogance of this group is too much. Healthcare provider will be notified about them. Stay clear of this place. Just about money.

Went here for the first time today. Will never go back. The man at the front desk was kind polite and helpful. That is where customer service stopped. The nurse was condescending and actually corrected my behavior (like one would correct a child) several times. If I wasn’t feeling so awful I would have left then. I’m a professional woman in my 40’s who happens to hold a medical degree in a different area—I am NOT someone who needs to be chastised. It seemed to be inconvenient for her to take my clinical history, after which she informed me, “You’re all sorts of jacked up”. Um, Thanks. When she left and the doctor (Dr M Wang) came in, things did not improve. I explained briefly that I had been to a patient first 3 days ago but my initial symptoms are not improving much and I have a host of new ones—I feel dramatically worse and not better. She actually said “You’re already on a Z-pack, what do you want ME to do?” At no point did I mention antibiotics or request them—I was looking for what might be causing my additional signs and some supportive care so I could breathe! The only remote glimmer of interest in my care was when she saw the dog logo on my shirt and came up with a theory that I’m allergic to dogs. I told her twice that I work with dogs for a living and I’m definitely not allergic—interest gone. No feel better, no thanks for coming, no come back if you aren’t feeling better. I was MUCH happier with the provider at Patient First who spoke very broken English and didn’t understand some of my pre-existing conditions without an explanation, but she was GENUINELY INVESTED in making sure I felt better and didn’t have questions when I left.

I went to the AllCare facility in Colulmbia MD for treatment of a laceration wound. In addition to theses charges ($334), $304 was added for an "office visit" for a total of $618. There was no value added whatsoever for the "office visit' charge, nor was I told of it in advance.
