Dr. Yuriy Alayev was outstanding. His was knowledgeable and patiently listened to my explanation of the problem. His diagnosis was spot on based on the xrays and his examination. His advise was straight forward and practical and easy to understand. I would have confidence with any treatment recommended by him. The triage nurse and receptionist were also very professional.

Uri was amazing he gave me a prescription I needed and he understood my problem. Every time I go and a male prescriber is there the experience is always good as opposed when a female provider is there.

I’m a registered nurse and went to your facility for care due to a sinus infection that turned into a cellulitis. I was seen quickly and given appropriate care. The staff was distant and I felt like Typhoid Mary. I understand why most medical people act like this but I wasn’t febrile or had a cough. I see sick people daily and I try to act accordingly to their symptoms. I simply waited too long to get medical attention due to my facility having a nursing shortage.

I came in with an ear infection and the doctor gave me Ammoxicillin, which I was grateful for. But one thing she did that aggravated me although I did not say anything to her about it. I asked her a simple question: "How long will it take the antibiotic to take away the pain?" I guess, after my question, she immediately thought I was asking for pain meds. But that was not my question at all. She asked if I was able to take aspirin or Ibuprophen? I said, "No!" Her reply was, "There is nothing else I can give you." I said, "No, no, no, no! I'm asking (talking slower to get it through her head) how long will it take for the antibiotic to take away the pain?!" Here I was, 65 years old, severely over-weight and obviously not someone who came in off the street wanting drugs, but that was certainly the way I was treated. If she had read my chart, WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE, she would have seen that I was already on 6 Tramadol a day with 2 Gabapentin for my chronic pain and that aspirin, vicodin, ibuprophen, and codeine will cause me SEVERE nausea and cannot be tolerated by me. (I would appreciate it if these doctors would answer a patient's question without any discrimination.) Just answer a simple question: How long will it take for my antibiotic to take away the pain? I finally got an answer out of her: "Less than a day." (Thank you!)
