It was very easy to schedule and everything went great. Only thing I would change is being able to log on and able to see my report of what the doctor and I discussed.

Checked in online for a virtual appt, process was very easy and only had to wait in the virtual room about 15min. Doctor was polite, listened to all my concerns and adjusted care plan accordingly. I’ve been to this urgent care several times and they are always quick but thorough.

Came down with a sinus infection, went online scheduled a virtual visit for the very next day and had about a 20 minute wait so it wasn’t bad at all. The physician was very thorough and friendly with great bedside manner. Would highly recommend this provider.

Alliance is my go to place when I need urgent care. The staff and providers are always caring and supportive! I feel that I get adequate care without having to wait for a doctor appointment when I have immediate matters that don’t require an ER.

Not a long wait and I got the card I needed using tleheath for the first time.

I have been sick for a week and have not been able to get in to see a doctor because of work. This telemedicine service helped me do just that. Our connection was at times unstable but the person I was talking to called me right back and it was not a problem after that. The only question I have is where I can access any documentation on my visit.

I tested positive for Covid yesterday and wanted to talk to someone for guidance. I felt silly but I felt heard and comfortable expressing my concerns. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this provider.
