Waiting for my test results

The wait was over 2 hours long. The test itself took 15 seconds. It’s been 48 hours and still have not received my results. Tried calling but they have no phone system.

Sucks..... Can not find or get results

This was the worst hour and a half wait I've ever had the pain to experience. I set an appointment for 230 pm the prior day of me arriving. Not only was the wait time the equivalent of someone who didn't have an appointment, but the staff was unprofessional. They all seemed to look lost as if they had no idea what was going on or what they were doing. I saw multiple staff members stabfing around on phones and making personal conversation and personal phone calls. There were only two employees working and actually doing their jobs. Upon arriving well before my appointment time we were Givin some information to hand out only to be told that the paperwork was for walkin appointments. There were two very slow moving lines and one line <the one I was in> came to a complete stop with one car holding up one side. Not only was the line long and stagnant but there was also a gas leak somewhere close by which was potentially dangerous. I witnesses multiple employees touching outside surfaces with the same gloves they used to have contact with patients. I also witnessed improper use of PPE inside and outside of the container facility. I am highly displeased with this company and thoroughly appaled. I will never come back to one of these sites. I'd rather take my chances with covid.

Paid twice for the RT-PCR Test before 11:00 am to fly out the next day. Never received the results, twice. Changed my flight twice, wasted 2 days. Unbelievable. Tried to email, phone the provided numbers, no one responds. Cannot believe a company can run a business like this especially when tied to air travel. Beyond reprehensible service. Do not use this Covid-19 test provider if you have to rely on them delivering you the results for any air travel. I do not recommend Alphadera Labs in any way, shape or form.

Waiting for results

I had my covid test performed Thursday and was told it would take 24-36 hours. I have now been waiting for 3 days to receive my results. I tried to contact the facility to receive results However there is no answer.
