I have been to your clinic many many times. My insurance has not changed. I’ve seen you through virtual visits on weekends when insurance company is closed it was never a problem. Tonight after a long long day I come to a place I trusted only to be Disappointed because you cannot call my ins company. I have ALWAYS paid my bills so to tell me I have to pay full fee is outrageous and uncalled for. I have always held the Henry’s in high regard but after tonight my opinion has changed. Just as i shared my what was always a positive experience I will share my disappointing experience tonight. I am utterly disappointed. I could understand if I’ve never been seen by you before but for someone who has been seen by you more than a dozen times it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to be treated that way. I am appalled.
