Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Fantastic! The staff managed to get me in for a COVID test. Huge relief! They were all wonderful, professional and very kind! I’ll definitely recommend this location to friends and family! Thank you guys!

I needed a Covid test, made an online appointment. I very much appreciated being able to complete most forms and ID documents online: very efficient When I arrived a bit early, your facility was understandably very busy; yet I received a friendly greeting. Completed a brief signature form and waited in my car. After a brief wait, I was prescreened via phone then received fast professional, candid friendly testing. The nurse and attending were personable and professional- greatly helping my nervous disposition Excellent 5 star ⭐️ visit

Had a rapid COVID 19 test.. booked appointment easily, parked out, stayed in car and completed in 5 mins ,,, phoned by them 20 mins later... negative.. not cheap but can’t price peace of mind.

The woman answering the phone was professional friendly and kind. The problem occurred when the healthcare worker came out after my Covid test without a mascon. I mentioned it and she pulled her sweater over her nose instead of getting a mask, while also asking me to lower my mask for a visual inspection. During the length of the pandemic I have never had a healthcare worker approach me without a mask and I told her that this made me uncomfortable and then I left. I thought that was pretty unprofessional to not wear a mask given that I was there to get a Covid test .

Just had a COVID Rapid Result test, so it wasn’t fun, but I was out of the parking lot quickly :)

My daughter an I got our rapid covid testing and it went super fast . They made it very simple for us and I appreciate that .

Doctors helped me alot ... I needed a test for travel and they took me in early and assured me it will be okay and that they would sort it out for me ....friendliest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting

Mixed message with NP not wearing mask. Understand and appreciate personal decisions. Just was surprised by this. I explained reason for visit re concerns re individual sneezing in my direction. Really didn’t need NP to provide reasons for sneezing (he explained the person might have allergies). Sneezing happens. The individual didn’t have a mask in and didn’t seem concerned re people around him. Also, suggesting people ought to calm down (not exact words but definitely implied) re virus. Understand NP first hand expertise and understanding of virus etc. and reasons for my visit (not symptomatic) for the test is not as important as someone having symptoms (if at all necessary anymore; news report that UK will be stopping testing; I was aware of this before scheduling my visit) it is for me, concerning. NP did an excellent job explaining when to be concerned and to get tested. I learned much from him. The young man who actually did the test was professional as well. Online service to get scheduled and tested was excellent. Thank you providing such an excellent service and much appreciation to entire staff.

Got a covid test before my hand surgery and the doctor was very friendly and helpful performing the test.

- Verified patient on 1/28

Staff was friendly and service was quick curbside. Just went in for a covid test and it took no more than 5 minutes.

- Verified patient on 7/27

Staff was great. I was very disappointed to find out that my insurance will be charged for a full visit when I all needed was a COVID test. I am asymptomatic and needed the test for a volunteer medical training seminar. I was unable to get the test a Walgreens due to my work schedule. It’s a shame that the higher level administration is taking advantage of patients’ personal insurance companies.

Can’t seem to rate anything! Must be my phone. Anyhow, all was great. Lovely staff. Test done quickly and info given. Would definitely recommend this place!

When I’m in Flagstaff and need medical care, this is where I always visit. The facility is always very clean and they take every precaution to keep people safe during these difficult times. My visit today was to COVID test because of close contact and some symptoms. Sam did an excellent job, took time to speak with me about my concerns and next steps.

- Verified patient on 9/22

After the test I was told the provider would be in to see me but wasn’t told what for. It would be more helpful to say ‘The provider will be in to see you with the results of the test’. I didn’t realize I would personally receive the results same day

I used the drive up service for a COVID test. The doctor and nurse were very kind and professional. My favorite Urgent Care in Flagstaff.

- Verified patient on 3/2

Dr. Ho was very thorough, friendly and professional. He ordered tests and X-rays which allayed my health concerns because other providers did not. Overall an excellent experience from front desk through the end of the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and his staff to all of my friends and family.

Waited one hour even though we had an appointment. Got into the room and had the vitals etc. done, then waited another 20 minutes or the provider. Not his fault, way too many patients and no other providers on staff. Need better staffing. Also, probably need better training on doing the eye test. We were there for a sports physical and the eye test they did showed severe vision problems, which we thought was odd. Went to our optometrist the next day for an exam and vision test was perfectly normal. Need some better system for people to wait if they have Covid symptoms. We were not there for Covid, but many others were. They were, appropriately, asked to wait outside or in their vehicles. Problem was they were waiting out there for 2+ hours. It was a really hot day. So they were in their cars roasting or with air-conditioning on and running their vehicles. Contributing to pollution and global warming. There has to be a better system than that.

I went in for a covid test. Everything was safe and professional. The Dr and all the staff I interacted with were kind, friendly, professional and efficient. An awesome place.

Flagstaff Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
