If I could give zero stars I would. I came in after injuring myself at a studio next door. Couldn’t walk. The staff sat still and watched me hop down the hall and to the desk, clearly in pain. It hurt so badly I was crying. I finally got to the counter, and I was told that because it was a half day, no one would see me. The waiting room was completely empty, I was the only person inside. There were 5 people sitting at the reception desks and not one lifted a finger to help me. They sent me away, in tears and a tremendous amount of pain, once again hopping. They watched me from their seats the whole time as I struggled to get into the elevator, the door nearly closed on me twice. I still can’t walk and am writing this from inside the building with no way to get home or to another urgent care facility.
