I visited the Banner Urgent on Guadalupe and Dobson for a sprained ankle. Let's just say the organization there is horrendous. Not only did I have to walk to the back room to be seen on a sprained/possibly broken foot, I also had to wait a few hours just to get in. When I went back the DR didn't even inspect my foot. He just asked a few questions and then ordered an X-ray. When he received the results, the answer I got was "I'm not sure if it's broke, I can't see much besides the tissue all torn in your foot and all the fluid around the bones. He said he would have my foot wrapped and a shot given to me and some crutches. No boot no nothing.. When the nurse came in she came in unprepared and only with the intention of wrapping my foot. I told her I was supposed to have a shot, some crutches and a dr. note. She didn't believe me of course so she went to confirm what I was telling her was real. She came back with the shot, wrapped my foot and poked me and tried to send me on my way. When I had to remind her AGAIN I should have crutches or something since i CANNOT walk and again a drs note. She came back with crutches and in a rush to get me to sign a paper. I signed and was given my crutches and instructions on how to care my foot. I was educated that they sent my prescription to Walgreens and I could get it in an hour. I leave, wait an hour, call walgreens, no prescription was sent over. I call Banner back, they confirmed they sent over my prescription and i should wait until the next day. Okay fine. Thursday evening, I call Walgreens.. still no prescription. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ OVERALL this play is unorganized and full of false promises.
