I have visited four times for myself and accompanying family members. Every time we received excellent, timely, friendly and caring service. They are busier now with Covid so it’s very easy and preferable to make an online appointment for non-emergency care such as Covid tests and tetanus shots, etc.

First staff was trying to discourage anyone they could including sending them to the ER for something that need just a simple exam. My biggest complaint was Lisa Murray the nurse. I have never heard a medical professional be so rude and snotty.. I asked a question and she jumped down my throat and had a tone of digcust. I had to finally set her a little strait because no one deserves to be spoken to like that. she was also arguing with the nurse practitioner, which was bad too.. I made an appointment and it was 2 hour wait and another hour for the visit. The nurse talked to all the seniors like they were stupid And it was inconvenient for them to be there or ask any questions. of which were warranted who plans for a 3 hour visit when you have an appointment. Because they didn't understand all they really needed was some kind encouragement. No one deserves the way she spoke them. They are sick and just trying to get help. Most had someone waiting at home that they were taking care of. Although the receptionist was so so, she could not explain the waiting to the senior well,, which made them ask more frequent questions because they didn't understand all the people going back for Covid test ahead of them.. you could tell because they came in after everyone but where in and out in two minutes. I am giving a two only because the nurse practitioner did a good job. Overall this visit made me really never want to go another Banner urgent Care. I've been to many of their facilities and this usually not the case but still not acceptable behavior.

For someplace that is offering covid testing it’s insane you wait for over an hour with people coming and going to be tested. Poorly run facility. Would not recommend.

Do not send your loved ones here, or I promise you will regret it. They never sent my wife's script to the pharmacy. When I called they said they would send it, but it never happened. I called back and they said they'd look into it, but never called me back. So I went down in person to talk with the doctor, only to be told the doctor is gone for a month, and we'd have to pay again to be seen in order to get it. Lots of pain and suffering for nothing! In the 3 days of running around, I could've taken her to get REAL medical attention. With covid on the rise in Arizona, be careful careful where you take your loved ones.
