Hold My Spot® is an estimated time you will be seen once registration is completed. A patient with a critical condition may be evaluated first. For your convenience, you will receive a reminder text about your visit once you’re in the queue.
Due to high volumes and compliance with CDC guidelines for exam room sanitation, we are experiencing extended wait times. We are working as fast and safely as possible and appreciate your patience.

Visited yesterday w/ sinus infection and ear infection. The visit went well, Augmentin prescribed. Got my Rx home & took the first dose…then the bottle seemed to vanish into thin air. We’ve looked high and low, gone through the trash and the recycling yet it’s nowhere to be found. I called, explaining situation. I rec’d a call back telling me “provider says you need to contact your ENT if you’re not better”. I reminded them I’ve simply lost the bottle and requested another Rx. At 5:25pm Thursday, I received a call that the provider refuses to refill the medication and again advised me to call my ENT. I don’t see my ENT for routine sinus/ear infections. I also will be flying overseas in 2 weeks and had hoped to have this infection resolved before flying. It typically takes weeks to get an Appointment with my ENT. The providers’ is Danisha. I’ve used this clinic many times. I won’t go back again.

I was a walk-in but had been there before so scheduling was short. Only had a short wait to see staff but procedures involved different staff so took awhile. Staff were pleasant. One thing to consider is staff identify themselves not only by name but also their position ie a technician or RN or PA or MD.

Powered through my workday and ran in to Baptist urgent care at the end of the day, (after being turned away by another office, titled “Walk in clinic” on the side of their building, and was told that they changed their policy and have not seen new patients since Covid). I was seen quickly and office staff was very friendly. Would use this office again, even as my primary care doc! Thanks!

The Nurse Practitioner can add a little more pressure during her palpation exam. It's okay, its expected and necessary to feel the swollen glands.
