BEWARE of their billing practices!!! We called to get PCR COVID tests done for our family for travel purposes. We were never told that we would get a physical done with the COVID tests until AFTER the COVID test swabs were taken in their office. We were in the office, they took the COVID test swabs and then surprised us with the physical exams. Told us we won't get our COVID test results without a physical being done too. FYI - I called the clinic before we went, the the clinic staff never told us anything about a physical being done together with the COVID test. As a result, this clinic billed our COVID tests as an URGENT care visit to our insurance company, so be prepared to pay an URGENT care copay, if you have such. This clinic is milking the insurance companies for more money by adding physicals to the COVID tests without telling customers beforehand about it. Total scammers!!!
